Booking and Payment
- All reservations must be verified by our official methods, which include the website, phone, email, and in-person.
- Depending on the service, full or partial payment may be needed at the time of booking.
- Prices are provided in AED (or the relevant currency) and are subject to confirmation and availability.
- Bank transfers, credit/debit cards, and cash (for in-person reservations only) are accepted forms of payment.
Refunds and Cancellations
- To be eligible for a refund, cancellations must be submitted within the allotted time period, which is often 24 to 48 hours before the service.
- Certain reservations (such as theme park passes, hotel specials, and last-minute bookings) may not be refundable or may come with a cancellation fee.
- Within 7–14 business days, refunds, if any, will be applied to the original payment method.
- No-shows and late arrivals will not be issued.
Modifications to bookings
- Any modifications to confirmed reservations (including rescheduling or altering participant information) are dependent upon availability and may result in additional fees.
- Changes must be requested in writing at least 24 hours before the scheduled service.
Visa services
- The regulations and approval of the appropriate UAE immigration authorities govern the processing of visas.
- Destivo Travel & Tourism L.L.C. does not ensure visa acceptance; it merely serves as a facilitator.
- We do not influence any rejection or delay by the authorities, and we are not encouraged to get a refund of the visa payments.
Tour Participation and Behavior
- In addition to adhering to safety precautions, clients are expected to treat guides, employees, and other participants with respect.
- Anyone acting inappropriately or breaking local laws may be refused service by Destivo Travel & Tourism L.L.C.
- Any harm, loss, or damage brought on by carelessness, individual behavior, or uncontrollable events is not our responsibility.
Children Policy
- The majority of leisure activities in the United Arab Emirates require adult supervision for children under the age of eleven. Depending on the type of booking, age restrictions may apply.
- Upon request, complimentary amenities like high chairs and car seats are provided.
- Most attractions offer free admission to children under the age of two or three, while children between the ages of three and twelve are eligible for discounted prices.
Regulating Law
The laws of the United Arab Emirates shall govern these terms and conditions. The UAE’s courts will have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes.
